Spread over two properties that share the same grounds and facilities, Lykia World Resort has a bit of a split personality. Lykia World Village has club-style services with a holiday atmosphere that the little ones will love. On the other hand, Lykia World Residence gives you all the comfort you’d expect from a hotel and an atmosphere that’s even more relaxed.
Both hotels occupy a prime spot. The resort is perched right on the edge of a private sandy beach and the mountainous backdrop puts it up there among the world’s best settings. What’s more, you couldn’t be better placed for Olu Deniz’s shops, bars and restaurants – they’re all just a few minutes’ drive away.
Pool-wise, there are a staggering 19 to choose from. The Village and the Residence both have child-free pools so adults can relax in complete tranquillity. Plus there are plenty of pools for the whole family, too. Not to mention others that are just for kids. Each one comes with a yawning sun terrace peppered with sunbeds and parasols. And there are a whopping 18 water slides.
On the facilities front, Lykia is great for pampering. With 25 treatment rooms, garden massage gazebos and plenty of therapy pools, the spa here is huge. There’s also a fully-equipped gym, plus a sauna, beauty salon and a glass-roofed indoor pool. At the other end of the scale there’s an endless supply of activities like football, archery and aerobics. There’s even a 3-hole golf course, bike hire centre and bowling alley.
Inside, they both sit in the modern design camp, using mirrors and spot-lighting to good effect in the bedrooms. They’re decorated in shades of soft cream and burnt orange, and come with satellite TVs, air-conditioning and minibars. Elsewhere, the lounge bar has a glass ceiling and leather sofas while the resorts eight restaurants combine al fresco eating with floor-to-ceiling windows and sea views.

Rooms
Residence rooms have twin beds (3rd bed (sofa bed) available), satellite TV, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, full bathroom, balcony or terrace. Twin rooms for sole use, rooms with side sea view, and deluxe suites with whirlpool bath and side sea or pool view (sleeping up to 3 persons) are available at a supplement.
Family rooms (comprising 2 interconnecting rooms) have 2 twin bedrooms and 2 extra child beds (min. of 4 persons) and are also available at a supplement.
Village standard rooms have a double or twin beds, air conditioning (15 Jun-15 Sep), satellite TV, telephone, hairdryer, shower room and balcony or terrace. Standard rooms for sole use, standard rooms (as above) with an extra sofa bed sleeping 2 adults and 1 child and sea views rooms are all available at a supplement.
Village family rooms have the same facilities as standard rooms above, are slightly larger, and have a double or twin beds plus a double sofa bed and can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Sea view family rooms, 2 bedroom family rooms (min occupancy 4 persons) comprising of a double and twin rooms with a shared entrance and an additional sofa bed for a child, shower room and a balcony are available at a supplement.
Interconnecting 2 bedroom family rooms with or without sea view, sleeping up to 6 persons (minimum occupancy 4 persons) are also available at a supplement.
